But, when you use less than 75% throttle (with effect being below the original HP of the car) it would make sense to focus on making changes to favor fuel economy.

In other words -- you get all-in-one.

100% fuel economy up to 75% throttle = ECONOMY PROGRAM

It doesn't mean you chose fuel saving over pure power, as you still have:

100% power up to 100% throttle = POWER PROGRAM
